    • Paramount Hotel, 43rd Street -I managed and expedited the Cast in Place ConEd Vaults expansion installation, street ties, and sidewalks.   

    • 100 5th Avenue, Manhattan, NY, a 500-KW Installation of 5 Combine Heat and Power-Gas Turbine Cogeneration Plant, replaced existing 4000 Amp switchboard with electronic metering, fully coordinated of occupied 545 residential units with seven commercial tenants, all concrete, CMU, and finishes. 

    • A Manufacturer in NY installed a 900 KW DC Photovoltaic system on the existing roof.

    • Holiday Inn Express in Manhattan, I managed and expedited the installation of 3 Transformers and 1 Bus Compartment Vault on the 2nd floor of a newly constructed 50-story hotel for ConEd.  This included waterproofing, monolithic pours, explosion-proof doors, and louvers. 

    • Hampton Inn in Manhattan managed and expedited a 3 Vault sidewalk pre-cast ConEd vault installation with interties.

    • 70 and a 43-unit luxury residential rental in Brooklyn- Audited a newly turned-over building to ownership of the Facade, Insulation, and Waterproofing installation to determine excessive energy bills and water leaks.  As well as a few plumbing issues. 

    • 225 Flatbush Avenue Extension, Coordinated and expedited the Installation of 4 Con Edison Vaults with one bus compartment, sidewalks, and MTA stairway from the building to the subway platform. 

    • Fruits and Vegetable Distributor- Preconstruction, Finance, and Value Engineering Electrical Shedding of 900 KW Back-up Generators using three at 300 KW with 14 Electrical Services.
